Dale talked with me on the phone on a Sunday. In a time when it is impossible to reach someone by phone, this is outstanding. He then walked me through the steps to isolate weather the leak was in the house, main line or irrigation system. The problem was in the irrigation system so I turned it off and stopped the leak. He does not work on irrigation so he could not help me further. The biggest shock was that he helped me and would not accept payment. I thought I had a slab leak. Saw the great reviews for Dale and called to schedule an appointment. He came the next day and determined I did not have a slab leak. He was so helpful in educating me on how to check my meter and even looked at my water tank. He was professional and courteous. I couldn't be more pleased with his service. The issue I was dealing with was quite alarming. I noticed puddles and moist soil at the edge of my slab and noticed my booster pump would kick on throughout the day even when no water was being used inside the house. I was dealing with a serious leak underneath my slab and feared the worse. I found this company doing a local search online. I filled out the information section on the site and received a call shortly after from Dale. I explained what I was experiencing and he gave me possible causes for my issue and solutions. I was able to schedule a free inspection over the phone. The technician, Ivan, then got a hold of me over the phone and arrived at my location ready to assist. He located the leak in short timing, explained the plan of action, made a list of materials needed to complete the job, and scheduled the repair. Ivan did a fantastic job throughout the whole process and did some amazing high quality work. They completed the job and left the area cleaner than it was when they started on the project. Everything was done in a timely manner and we were soon up and running happier than can be. Thank you all for your help and outstanding work. Inland Empire Leak Detection And Plumbing where great! Dale was very helpfull and knowledgeable. He help us trouble shot for the leak ourselves. When that didn't work he came out and looked for the leak. He identified it was not a leak, but a faulty boiler expansion tank. He did not charge a penny although he took time out of his day.
